Well done to those who took part in Springwell RC's 8K Trail Race @ Roe Valley Country Park.
Official times as follows: Glenn Donnely 27.06, Archie McElhinney 27.29, Aaron Meharg 28.05, Johnny Dempsey 29.20, Alan Shaw 30.43, Doc Martin 33.36 & Ollie Murphy 38.04. Congratulations to Andrew Shaw who finished 3rd & Cliodhna McElhinney who finished 18th in the Primary School 800M trail race
