24 hour race at the Mary Peters Track
We had 2 athletes Oliver Murphy & Eamon Sheehan competing in this race.The race is held on the track and the winner of the race is the athlete that completes the most miles within 24 hours. The runners though do not have to run constantly for the 24hrs and can take a break when needed. So following a long hard slog both our athletes were given their results and Oliver had completed 80 miles in 24hrs while Eamon had done 62 miles. Well done lads, see you on Tuesday evening for training.
