Pre Race Info for An Creagan 5m – 8th January 2022 at 12 noon

Marshals will be in place to direct traffic.

There are no on the day entries.

Full Race Series Entries have already received their reusable race number (which is your number for all 4 races) so please bring this with you.

If you have lost it, a new one can be reissued but this may cause a hold up.

Individual Race Entries will be issued their bibs at the front of the main building

Please also NOTE if you have a Full Series Entry but you didn’t make Lough Fea, you just pick up it up here too.

Number pick up opens at 10.15am and closes at 11.40am‼️‼️

Runners should make their way to the start line in an orderly fashion. Marshalls will direct participants. The start line is approximately 1km from the finish area, so allow plenty of time to get there.

The route is 2 anti-clockwise laps of approx. 3.5km then turn right upon completing the second lap for a 1km finish.

The route will be marshalled sufficiently.

Runners are advised that the surface may be uneven and wet in places on the route.

Parts of the path are narrow, so please be mindful of other runners and non-participants when running. Please be particularly mindful if you are passing other runners on the route.

Results will be ordered by guntime.

Please ensure COVID restrictions are adhered to, including social distancing and wearing face masks (where applicable).

Unfortunately due to covid restrictions there will be no Sperrin Harriers famous post race buffet but everyone will get a bottle of water and a banana at the finish line!

Please arrive early to ensure you can get your race number, do your warm up and get to the start line on time!

We look forward to seeing you all tomorrow! Good luck to all runners taking part!
