Manchester Marathon, Ballymena Belles and the local parkruns all get support from Harriers during this running week, which kicked off the Harriers Parkrun series for 2024.

Parkrun Roundup

This morning saw the first round of the Sperrin Harriers annual Parkrun Tour, kicking off with a short trip to our neighbouring Parkrun just a few miles away.

Set within the beautiful Dungannon Park, 2 challenging laps around the scenic lake saw the team do themselves proud, claiming top spot in the male & a clean sweep in the female categories. There were lots of course PBs along the way as well.
