Harriers run through Storm Arwen

In a week which suffered the rigours of Storm Arwen, and the resulting cancellation of many events running and otherwise, Harriers found success in adverse conditions at the Valley and MUSA Parkruns.

Valley Parkrun, Newtownabbey

Andrew Newell excelled during a tempestuous weekend to finish first at the Valley Parkrun, with a course personal best of 17.54.

Paul McLaughlin emerged from a cold and blustery MUSA morning with his sub 20 time of 19.54, followed by Jason O’Neill (21.35), Richard Fox (22.15), and Patsy Hughes (22.40).
