The runners of Sperrin Harriers continue their successful run of form over the summer, taking part in local Parkrun events as well as a variety of other races.
At MUSA parkrun, Jarleth Loughran put in another great performance to finish 3rd overall with a time of 19.29, achieving a PB in the process. He was closely followed by Damien Coey who finished with a time of 21.28.
At Dungannon Park parkrun, three Harriers took part; Malcolm McCullough (21.47), Patsy Hughes (23.37) and Martin Donaghy (27.15).
Also on Saturday was the Loup 5 Miler event. Paul McLaughlin was first in his age category with a time of 30.19. He was followed by Declan Morrison who finished with a personal best time of 33.56. Karen McGuigan and Louise Kelly also ran well finishing with times of 37.00 and 40.47 respectively.
Andy Linton took on the gruelling Race Over The Glens 10k.
Andrew Newell ran The Vitality Big Half in London and finished in a fantastic time of 77.13 to achieve a personal best time for the distance.
